摘　　要：养胃颗粒具有养胃健脾,理气和中的功效,临床广泛应用于慢性萎缩性胃炎及相关疾病。为进一步规范养胃颗粒的临床应用,经中华中医药学会立项,由中国中医科学院西苑医院脾胃病研究所牵头,制定《养胃颗粒治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床应用专家共识》。共识研究工作于2020年1月启动,2023年2月由中华中医药学会正式发布(GS/CACM 315-2023)。介绍该共识制定的背景和目的、编制方法,并详细介绍共识的31条推荐意见/共识建议,包括养胃颗粒的组成及功效、作用机理、中医证候、目标疾病、临床症状、用量用法、联合用药、不良反应、禁忌及注意事项9个方面,旨在为临床精准用药、提高疗效、保障用药安全提供指导。Yangwei Granules(养胃颗粒)have the effect of nourishing stomach and spleen,regulating Qi and harmonizing the middle,and are widely used in chronic atrophic gastritis and related diseases.In order to further standardize and guide the clinical application of Yangwei Granules,the project of making Expert Consensus on the Clinical Application of Yangwei Granules in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis was approved by China Association of Chinese Medicine and developed by a special group with Institute of Spleen-stomach Disease,Xiyuan Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences as its head.This consensus(GS/CACM 315-2023)was launched in January 2020 and ended in February 2023 with its publication by China As-sociation of Chinese Medicine.This article introduced the background and objectives of consensus,compilation method and de-tails the content of the consensus.The consensus formed 31 consensus recommendations/consensus suggestions,involving 9 as-pects of Yangwei Granules:composition and efficacy,mechanism of action,TCM syndrome,target disease,clinical symptoms,dos-age,combination medication,adverse reactions,contraindications and matters needing attention,which can provide guidance for rational and accurate clinical drug use,improve the efficacy and ensure the safety of drugs.
