摘 要:目的采用宏基因测序技术进行导盲犬和淘汰犬肠道菌群功能差异性分析。方法对15只犬进行测序(导盲犬9只,淘汰犬6只),应用基因数目、肠道菌群多样性等方法进行分析。结果导盲犬组特有25630个基因,淘汰犬组特有10527个基因。具有显著差异的上调基因2266个,下调基因1043个(P<0.05)。导盲犬组中,梭状芽孢杆菌目的丰度高于淘汰犬组;此外,两组犬样本中瘤胃球菌的丰度也存在差异。结论导盲犬和淘汰犬的肠道菌群多样性均存在差异性,对犬的行为有一定的影响。Objective Differential analysis of intestinal flora function in guide dogs and eliminated dogs was performed using macro gene sequencing.Method Fifteen dogs were sequenced(nine guide dogs and six eliminated dogs)and analyzed by applying gene number and intestinal flora diversity.Result There were 25630 genes specific to the guide dog group and 10527 genes specific to the elimination dog group.There were 2266 up-regulated genes and 1043 down-regulated genes with significant differences(P<0.05).The abundance of Clostridium purpureum was higher in the guide dog group than in the elimination dog group;in addition,the abundance of rumenococci differed between the two groups of dog samples.Conclusion The diversity of intestinal flora of both guide dogs and eliminated dogs was different and had an effect on dog behavior.
