摘　　要：随着腹部创伤研究层次的不断加深,标准化的腹部创伤动物模型制作凸显出其在救治研究领域的重要性。本文通过查阅国内外相关文献,对腹部创伤相关动物模型及损伤控制性手术(DCS)救治策略的研究概况进行复习总结,并依据动物模型评价标准对模型优劣进行比较分析,为腹部创伤病理生理学机制以及救治研究提供参考。With the advancement of pathophysiology and treatment of the abdominal trauma research,the establishment of standardized abdominal trauma animal models highlights its importance.This paper reviewed and summarized the research progress of abdominal trauma-related animal models and damage control surgery(DCS)treatment strategies according to relevant literature at home and abroad,and compared and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the models,and that provided the reference for the pathophysiology mechanism and treatment research of abdominal trauma.
