摘  要:为了提高复杂曲面结构零件铣削过程中的在机测量效率,提出了基于线激光轮廓传感器的非接触式在机测量系统。首先,依据在机测量需求设计了测量系统的系统组成、数据通信方式和指令协同模式。然后,建立了传感器安装位姿校准数学模型,设计了非接触式校准流程,实现了传感器安装位姿的标定。最后基于典型飞机结构件加工过程完成了非接触式在机测量应用。在五轴立式加工中心进行了测量实验,结果表明系统允许的最大误差不超过±20μm,实验结果验证了所搭建的在机测量系统的实用性和有效性。In order to improve the on-machine measurement efficiency in the milling process of complex curved surface parts,a non-contact on-machine measurement system based on line laser contour sensor is proposed.Firstly,the system composition,data communication mode and command coordination mode of the measurement system are designed according to the on-machine measurement requirements.Then,a mathematical model of sensor mounting pose calibration is established,and a non-contact calibration process is designed to realize the calibration of sensor mounting pose.Finally,based on the machining process of typical aircraft structural parts,the application of non-contact on-machine measurement is completed.The measurement experiment on the five-axis vertical machining center shows that the measurement error of the system is not more than±20μm,and the experimental results verify the practicability and effectiveness of the on-machine measurement system.
