摘 要:采用16S rDNA技术对刚察县、海晏县的普氏原羚(Procapra przewalskii)和刚察县放牧绵羊的粪便进行细菌多样性的初步分析,结果表明,在门分类水平上,海晏、刚察两个地区的普氏原羚及放牧绵羊的肠道微生物群落主要分布为以下6个优势菌门(占比大于1%),包括厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidetes)、疣微菌门(Verrucomicrobia)、放线菌门(Actinobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)和螺旋体门(Spirochaetes)等,表明两种动物在肠道微生物多样性上具有一致性。此外,普氏原羚肠道中放线菌门相对丰度占比高于放牧绵羊,且差异极显著(P<0.01),而放牧绵羊肠道中疣微菌门相对丰度占比极显著高于普氏原羚肠道中的微生物含量。This study used 16S rDNA technology to analyze the Przewalski's gazelle(Procapra Przewalsk II)in Gangcha County.Preliminary analysis of bacterial diversity in the feces of grazing sheep showed that:at the phylum level,the intestinal microbial communities of Przewalski's gazelle and grazing sheep in Haiyan and Gangcha were mainly distributed in the following 6 dominant bacterial phyla(proportion of more than 1%),including Firmicutes,Bacteroidetes,Verrucomicrobia,Actinobacteria,Proteobacteria,Spirochaetes,etc.It indicated that there was a certain consistency in gut microbial diversity between the two animals.The correlation difference analysis of the content of Verrucomicrobia,Actinomycetes,Proteobacteria,and Spirochetes in the intestinal microbes of Przewalski's gazelle and grazing sheep showed that Actinobacteria in the Przewalski's gazelle intestinal tract The proportion of verrucous microbes in the gut of grazing sheep was significantly higher than that of grazing sheep,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01).
