摘  要:以实验室从银耳种子中筛选出的橘绿木霉菌(Trichoderma citrinoviride)为实验菌株,以山西褐煤为实验材料,以山西褐煤的降解率为指标,优化橘绿木霉菌降解山西褐煤的工艺条件。在单因素试验的基础上,运用Plackett-Burman设计方法,筛选出对山西褐煤降解率具有显著影响的因素,最后运用Box-Behnken响应面试验建立各具有显著影响的因素之间的二次回归方程模型,从而得到理论上的橘绿木霉菌降解山西褐煤的最佳工艺条件。最佳降解工艺条件为:环境温度28.4℃,环境pH值6.48,接菌量6%(V/V),煤样粒度120~150目,煤浆浓度2.025 g·100 mL^(-1),降解时间24天。在该工艺条件之下,山西褐煤的降解率为(44.34±0.47)%。Taking Trichoderma citrinoviride,which was screened out from Tremella seeds in the laboratory,as the experimental strain,taking Shanxi lignite as the experimental material,taking the degradation rate of Shanxi lignite as an indicator to optimize the technological conditions for the degradation of Shanxi lignite by Trichoderma citrinoviride to improve the degradation rate.On the basis of the single factor test,the Plackett-Burman test was used to screen out the factors which have a significant impact on the degradation rate of Shanxi lignite.Finally,the Box-Behnken response surface test was used to establish the quadratic regression equation model between the factors with significant influence,so as to obtain the theoretical optimum technological conditions for the degradation of Shanxi lignite by Trichoderma citrinoviride.The optimum degradation process conditions are:ambient temperature 28.4℃,ambient pH value 6.48,inoculation volume 6%(V/V),coal sample particle size 120 mesh-150 mesh,coal slurry concentration 2.025 g·100 mL^(-1),degradation time 24 days.Under this process conditions,the degradation rate of Shanxi lignite was(44.34±0.47)%.
