摘  要:通过超高效液相色谱质谱联用仪(ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry,UPLC-MS)对人参健脾丸的化学成分进行定性分析,确定人参健脾丸有效成分的UPLC-MS检测条件。采用waters BEH C18色谱柱(1.7μm×2.1 mm×100 mm),以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为45℃,流速0.3 mL/min,电喷雾电离源(electrospray ionization,ESI)的正、负离子全扫描一级和二级质谱信息。通过初步分离分析得到人参健脾丸中31个化学成分。该人参健脾丸成分分析方法为人参健脾丸的质量控制研究奠定了基础。The chemical components of Ginseng Jianpi Pill were characterized by the ultra performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS).To determine the UPLC-MS detection conditions for the active ingredients of Ginseng Jianquan Wan.The gradient elution was performed on a waters BEH C18 column(1.7μm×2.1 mm×100 mm)with 0.1% formic acid water-acetonitrile as the mobile phase at a column temperature of 45℃ and a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min,with positive and negative ions of the electrospray ionization(ESI)for full scan primary and secondary mass spectrometric information.The 31 chemical components in Ginseng Jianquan Wan were obtained by preliminary isolation and analysis.This method for analyzing the ingredients laid the foundation for the quality control study of Ginseng Jianquan Pill.
