摘 要:生物入侵对水处理系统有着严重影响。文中以曝气生物滤池(biological aerated filter,BAF)在运行过程中遭受摇蚊幼虫的入侵为研究对象,系统地阐述了摇蚊幼虫出现原因,并采取一系列措施进行系统修复。系统污染时摇蚊幼虫数量达到5~10个/L,对出水水质造成了严重影响。即使采用多种方法进行防治,结果证明物理、化学法可有效遏制摇蚊幼虫的滋生,但不能完全去除;采取物理-化学-生物(重新接种优势菌种)联合法后,在滤池底部和出水已观察不到其活动痕迹,系统处理效果逐渐恢复。文中对水处理系统处理生物入侵作出了一定的贡献。Biological invasion has a serious impact on the water treatment systems.In this paper,biological aerated filter(BAF)was invaded by larvae during operation,and the causes of larval invasion were systematically described and a series of measures were taken to remediate the system.When the system is contaminated,the number of larvae reaches 5-10 larvae/L,which has a serious impact on the effluent water quality.Even if a variety of methods are used to prevent and control,the results prove that the physical and chemical methods can effectively contain the breeding of Anopheles larvae,but can not be completely removed;after taking the combined physical-chemical-biological(re-inoculation of dominant strains)method,no trace of its activity has been observed at the bottom of the filter tank and in the effluent,and the system treatment effect is gradually restored.This paper makes a certain contribution to the water treatment system to deal with biological invasion.
