摘 要:钢管混凝土拱桥施工放样时的拱肋坐标按二次抛物线设置预拱度比较准确。以浩吉铁路三门峡卢氏县洛河大桥钢管混凝土拱桥为工程实例,按二次抛物线设置预拱度推导出拱肋中心线在拱平面内为悬链线时的拱肋中心线实际坐标公式,并根据李特规律,推导出考虑高度变化的桁架式拱肋上下边缘弦杆节点的坐标公式。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对洛河大桥斜拉扣挂施工过程进行仿真分析,计算得到拱顶预拱度和拱肋放样理论坐标值,经过修正后的数据保证了桥梁合拢时达到设计理想的线形。实践表明考虑预拱度的拱肋坐标精细化确定使钢管混凝土拱桥施工线形控制科学、准确、易行。The coordinates of the arch ribs during the layout of concrete-filled steel pipe arch bridges are accurately determined when the pre-camber is set using a quadratic parabola approach.This study takes the Luohe Bridge in Lushi County,Sanmenxia on the Haoji Railway as a practical example.It derives the actual coordinates of the arch rib centerline when positioned as a catenary in the arch plane by setting the pre-camber according to a quadratic parabola.Additionally,based on Ritter's law,the study formulates the coordinates of the chord nodes at the upper and lower edges of truss-style arch ribs,considering changes in height.The finite element analysis software ANSYS was used to simulate the cable-stayed suspension construction process of the Luohe Bridge,calculating the pre-camber at the arch crown and the theoretical coordinates for the arch rib layout.The adjusted data ensures that the bridge achieves the ideal design alignment upon closure.Practical applications have demonstrated that precisely determining the coordinates of the arch rib with consideration for pre-camber allows for scientific,accurate,and feasible control over the construction line shape of concrete-filled steel pipe arch bridges.
