摘  要:刀盘作为核心部件,承担着切削土体和稳定掌子面的重要职责,其工作状态直接关系到盾构施工的整体质量和安全性能。在济南地铁盾构施工过程中,由于地层条件的复杂性和制造、工作参数选择不当,刀盘出现开裂问题。针对造成刀盘开裂的原因,刀盘增加针对性的耐磨设计、焊接应力处理措施优化为整体结构件热处理退火工艺,刀盘中心滚刀采用TBM安装方式、牛腿为嵌入式方箱设计,加强复合地层掘进参数控制。实践证明控制效果良好,有助于促进刀盘设计和焊接工艺的创新和优化。As a core component,the cutterhead of a shield machine is responsible for cutting through soil and stabilizing the excavation face,and its working condition is directly linked to the overall quality and safety of shield construction.During the Ji'nan subway shield construction,cracking issues occurred on the cutterhead due to the complexity of ground conditions and improper selection of manufacturing parameters.In response to the causes of the cracking,several measures were implemented,including a targeted wear-resistant design,optimization of welding stress treatment with heat treatment and annealing for the structural components,adoption of the TBM mounting method for the cutter center hob,and an embedded box design for the bracket.Additionally,excavation parameters in composite strata were well controlled.Practical application has shown positive results,contributing to the innovation and optimization of cutterhead design and welding processes.
