摘 要:机场道面由于承受高负荷和频繁使用,容易出现轮辙、开裂等病害,传统沥青材料难以满足其耐久性要求。结合热拌环氧沥青与SMA-13级配,研发了一种新型机场道面环氧沥青及其混合料,进行了其强度形成规律、施工容留时间、路用性能及铺装层间粘结性能研究。结果表明,环氧沥青及其混合料随养护时间增加强度逐步增强,掺量40%~50%时,60℃养护4 d即可达到最终强度;在170~180℃条件下,环氧沥青及其混合料施工容留时间约为2 h;环氧沥青混合料ESMA-13表现出优异的抗轮辙性能和抗裂性能,采用匹配性较强的环氧树脂粘结剂60℃层间抗剪强度大于2.3 MPa,可有效保证铺装层间安全性能。研究结果可为机场道面铺装提供理论依据和技术支持。Due to high loads and frequent usage,airport pavements are prone to issues such as wheel ruts and cracks,making traditional asphalt materials inadequate for meeting durability requirements.This study introduces a novel epoxy asphalt for airport pavement,developed by combining hot-mix epoxy asphalt with SMA-13 gradation.The research investigates the strength formation,construction retention time,road performance,and interlayer bonding characteristics of the new material.The results indicate that the strength of the epoxy asphalt and its mixture increases progressively with curing time,achieving final strength after curing at 60℃for 4 days with a dosage between 40%and 50%.The mixture maintains workability for approximately 2 hours at temperatures ranging from 170 to 180℃.The ESMA-13 epoxy asphalt mixture exhibits excellent resistance to wheel rutting and cracking.Utilizing a highly compatible epoxy resin binder,the mixture achieves an interlayer shear strength greater than 2.3 MPa at 60℃,effectively enhancing the safety performance of the pavement layers.These findings provide a theoretical basis and technical support for the construction of airport pavements.
