摘  要:随着将以纯电驱动为新能源汽车产业发展和汽车工业转型的主要战略,智能制造成为国家战略,高压线束正确装配是整车装配的重要一环。结合控制论的一般原理与影响工艺控制过程因素,通过提升信息源的可辨识程度以及降低信息传递时的干扰项,利用成熟的过程控制,研究同步设计阶段防错装方案。借助人类认知的特性,在装配阶段进行针对性的措施制定。结合智能化在防错上的应用进行简述,降低错装几率的同时提升装配效率。在经过产线验证后,全流程防错规范以及操作指南将作为新车型开发的标准。With the pure electric drive will be the main strategy for the development of new energy vehicles and the transformation of the automotive industry,intelligent manufacturing has become a national strategy,and the correct assembly of high-voltage lines is an important part of vehicle assembly.Combining the general principles of control theory with the factors that affect the process control,by improving the recognizability of information sources and reducing interference terms during information transmission,mature process control is utilized to study anti misinstallation schemes in the synchronous design stage.Based on the characteristics of human cognition,targeted measures are formulated during the assembly stage.The article also briefly describes the application of intelligence in error prevention,which not only reduces the probability of incorrect installation but also improves assembly efficiency.After verification by the production line,the full process error prevention specifications and operation guidelines will serve as the standards for the development of new car models.
