摘 要:随着汽车工业的飞速发展,车辆配置的日益丰富化带来车载电器设备数量的显著增长。这一趋势不仅对汽车的电源分配系统提出更高层次的要求,也对熔断丝盒的结构设计和空间布局提出新的挑战。特别是对于轻卡底盘而言,随着高功率电器的普及,传统的电源分配方式已难以满足需求,亟需在有限的空间内增设一级电源分配方案,并且要充分考虑到防水性的要求。文章对底盘上的熔断丝盒设计进行详细论述,旨在探索通过设计创新和优化,如何有效应对电源分配需求的不断增长,确保电源系统的高效运行和整车的可靠性。With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the increasing richness of vehicle configuration has brought about a significant increase in the number of on-board electrical equipment.This trend not only puts forward higher requirements for the power distribution system of automobiles,but also poses new challenges for the structural design and spatial layout of the circuit breaker box.Especially for the light truck chassis,with the popularity of high power appliances,the traditional power distribution method has been difficult to meet the demand,it is urgent to add a power distribution scheme in a limited space,and fully consider the requirements of water resistance.This article will discuss the design of the circuit breaker box on the chassis in detail,aiming to explore how to effectively respond to the growing demand for power distribution through design innovation and optimization to ensure the efficient operation of the power system and the reliability of the vehicle.
