摘　　要：为有效推进全省自然保护地整合优化,以2020年湖南省自然保护地摸底调查数据为基础,采用定性与定量相结合的评估方法,对湖南省582处自然保护地的自然资源和生态价值属性、范围边界、发展与保护矛盾、管理现状4个方面进行评估。评估结果表明:湖南省各类自然保护地的自然生态价值整体较高,但普遍存在交叉重叠、不同程度的矛盾冲突和历史遗留问题,且大部分保护管理基础为一般。建议进一步科学优化资源空间布局,对重叠的自然保护地进行整合,明确唯一类型、级别,优化边界和功能分区,妥善处理人地矛盾,进一步提升管理机构的保护管理能力。In order to effectively promote the integration and optimization of nature protected areas in Hunan province,based on the survey data of Hunan province's protected area in 2020,a combination of qualitative and quantitative assessment methods was used to evaluate the natural resource and ecological value attributes,scope boundary,the contradiction between development and protection,and the management status of 582 nature protected areas in Hunan province.The results showed that the natural resource and ecological value attributes of all kinds of nature protected areas were higher overall.However,there were generally overlapping and varying degrees of contradictions,and historical problems,and the basics of most conservation management were mediocre.It is suggested to optimize the spatial layout of resources further scientifically,integrate the overlapping nature protected areas,clarify the unique types and levels,optimizethe partition of boundaries and functions,properly handle the contradiction between humans and land,and enhance the protection and management capacity of management institutions.
