钻石模型视角下景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业竞争力评价及提升策略

摘　　要：笔者基于波特“钻石模型”的视角,对景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业的竞争力进行评价,并提出了相应的提升策略。通过对文化资源、产业集群、文化创意、科技竞争力四个核心要素的分析,提出了针对性的提升策略,旨在为景德镇陶瓷文化创意产业的发展提供理论支持和实践指导。Based on the perspective of Porter's "diamond model", this paper evaluates the competitiveness of Jingdezhen's ceramic cultural and creative industry, and proposes corresponding improvement strategies. Through the analysis of the four core elements of cultural resources, industrial clusters, cultural creativity and scientific and technological competitiveness, targeted promotion strategies are proposed, aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of Jingdezhen ceramic cultural and creative industry.
