摘 要:外墙渗漏裂缝既影响建筑物的使用功能和美观,又加速建筑构件的老化,降低建筑的安全性和耐久性,并给居民的正常生活带来不便。因此,深入分析高层建筑外墙渗漏裂缝的成因,研究绿色建筑理念下的防治新技术,对于提高建筑工程质量,实现建筑的可持续发展具有重要意义。笔者从绿色建筑的视角出发,探讨了高层建筑外墙渗漏裂缝的成因、防治技术以及实际工程应用,为同类工程提供借鉴和参考。Exterior wall leakage and cracks not only affect the function and beauty of buildings, but also accelerate the aging of building components, reduce the safety and durability of buildings, and bring inconvenience to the normal life of residents.Therefore, in-depth analysis of the causes of leakage cracks in the exterior walls of high-rise buildings and research on new prevention and control technologies under the concept of green building are of great significance for improving the quality of construction projects and realizing the sustainable development of buildings.From the perspective of green building, the author discusses the causes, prevention and control technology and practical engineering application of leakage cracks in exterior walls of high-rise buildings, and provides reference for similar projects.
