摘 要:高寒地区公共建筑因其独特的气候条件和使用要求,在节能方面面临诸多挑战。如何在保障建筑功能和室内环境品质的同时,最大限度地降低建筑能耗,已成为高寒地区公共建筑节能领域亟待解决的重要课题,也是实现绿色建筑发展的关键所在。为了探究高寒地区公共建筑节能的有效途径和实践经验,笔者从高寒地区的气候特征、公共建筑能耗特点、节能技术应用等方面进行了系统分析,并结合典型案例,对高寒地区公共建筑的节能实践进行了探讨。Public buildings in high cold areas face many challenges in energy conservation because of their unique climatic conditions and use requirements.How to minimize the building energy consumption while ensuring the building function and indoor environment quality has become an important issue to be solved in the field of public building energy conservation in high-cold areas, and it is also the key to realize the development of green buildings.In order to explore the effective ways and practical experience of public building energy conservation in the high cold area, the author made a systematic analysis from the aspects of climate characteristics, public building energy consumption characteristics, energy-saving technology application and so on, and combined with typical cases, the energy-saving practice of public buildings in the high cold area was discussed.
