摘 要:针对液化天然气(LNG)气化用低温印刷板式热交换器在LNG气化流程中用于蒸发气冷却和LNG气化功能的换热模块,根据工况工艺参数进行印刷板式热交换器传热计算,并与换热芯体应力有限元分析结合,增加有限元分析结果与传热复核计算结果相互验证,保证了印刷板式热交换器换热面积的合理性,能够覆盖设计工况的工艺参数要求,并可满足换热模型计算要求和分析设计标准规范要求,创新了印刷板式热交换器结构设计思路。The study focused on the heat transfer module of the low-temperature printed plate heat exchanger,which is utilized in the boil off gas cooling and liquefied natural gas gasification processes.By calculating the heat transfer of the printed plate heat exchanger based on the operation process parameters and combining it with the finite element analysis of the heat exchange core stress,the finite element analysis results and heat transfer review calculation results were mutually verified to ensure the rationality of the heat transfer area of the printed plate heat exchanger and to meet the process parameter requirements of the design operation conditions.Furthermore,it can meet the requirements of heat transfer model calculation and analysis design standards and specifications,thereby innovating the structural design concept of printed heat exchangers.
