摘 要:油气管道的运行离不开输油泵,输油泵故障智能诊断是保障输油系统正常运转、防止输油系统失效引起重大事故的关键。回顾了输油泵常见故障和故障信号,研究了输油泵的故障诊断依据和信号处理方法,归纳了智能诊断方法和2种故障维护方法,讨论了输油泵故障类型,分析了不同信号判断依据提取方法的优缺点,提出了输油泵智能诊断方法存在的问题,展望了输油泵发展方向,总结了输油泵故障智能诊断方法。The operation of oil and gas pipelines cannot be separated from the oil transfer pump.Therefore,the intelligent fault diagnosis of oil transfer pumps is of paramount importance in ensuring the normal operation of oil transmission systems and preventing the failure of oil transmission systems from causing serious accidents.A review was conducted of the common faults and fault signals of the oil transfer pump,as well as an examination of the fault diagnosis basis and signal processing method of the oil transfer pump.Additionally,an overview was provided of the intelligent diagnosis method and two fault maintenance methods.Furthermore,a discussion was held on the fault types of the oil transfer pump,with an analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of different signal judgment basis extraction methods.Finally,the problems existing in intelligent diagnosis methods of the oil transfer pump were presented,along with a prospective analysis of the development direction of the oil transfer pump.The intelligent fault diagnosis method of the oil transfer pump was summarized.
