摘  要:聚烯烃装置挤压造粒设备的选型直接影响装置的稳定运行与经济效益。基于当前我国聚烯烃装置挤压造粒设备的应用现状,优选常用的L型挤压造粒机与直线型挤压造粒机进行深入研究,论述其结构形式、优点和不足,总结原材料工况和生产规模工况下挤压造粒设备的选型依据与应用流程,可为后续项目建设提供设备选型参考依据。The selection of extrusion pelletizing equipment for a polyolefin plant has a direct impact on the plant's operational stability and economic benefits.In light of the current application of extrusion pelletizing equipment for polyolefin plants in China,the L-type extrusion pelletizing machine and linear extrusion pelletizing machine have been identified as the most suitable for further investigation.This has involved an examination of their structural forms,advantages and shortcomings,as well as a summary of the basis for selecting extrusion pelletizing equipment for raw materials and production scale conditions and the application of the process.This will provide a reference for the subsequent construction of the project,enabling the selection of equipment to be based on a sound understanding of the relevant factors.
