摘 要:催化裂化装置再生器和沉降器的过渡段及斜管入口处位置特殊,此处发生衬里损坏后的修复难度大。从衬里结构、衬里材料、施工措施等方面分析了衬里损坏的原因,提出并实施了针对性修复措施,修复后相关部位衬里损坏频率显著降低,有力保障了催化裂化装置的平稳运行,可为类似检修、修补及设计提供参考。The locations of the transition section of the regenerator and settler,as well as the entrance of the inclined tube,represent unique features within the catalytic cracking unit.When equipment lining damage occurs,it can be challenging to repair.To identify the root causes of such damage,a comprehensive analysis was conducted,examining the lining structure,lining material,and construction measures.Based on this analysis,effective repair strategies were proposed and implemented,leading to a notable reduction in damage rates.This,in turn,has ensured the stable operation of the catalytic cracking unit,while also providing valuable insights for similar repair,maintenance,and design.
