摘 要:密集城市地铁车站建设受既有建筑物的影响,暗挖车站小导洞开挖时,在导洞上方通常以超前支护加固地层。东南湖大路站采用一次扣拱暗挖逆作法施工,采用洞内注浆的施工效率不高,故提出了暗挖车站地表深孔注浆技术,在保证地层加固质量的基础上,节约了施工工期。本文详细探讨了东南湖大路站一次扣拱暗挖逆作法下的地表深孔注浆技术工艺,通过现场开挖变形数据分析,揭示了车站主体和既有管线沉降变形值以及变化规律,验证了地表深孔注浆加固技术的合理性,成果可为类似工程提供技术借鉴。The construction of subway stations in dense cities is affected by existing buildings.When excavating small guide tunnels for underground stations,advance support is usually used to reinforce the ground above the guide tunnels.A certain underground excavation station adopts the reverse construction method of one-time buckled arch underground excavation.The construction efficiency of grouting in the hole is limited.Therefore,the deep hole grouting technology on the surface of underground excavation stations was proposed,which not only ensured the quality of ground reinforcement,but also saved the construction period.This article discusses in detail the surface deep hole grouting technology under the onetime arch buckling and underground excavation reverse method at the Southeast Lake Road Station.Through the analysis of on-site excavation deformation data,the settlement deformation values and change patterns of the station main body and existing pipelines were revealed,verifying the rationality of surface deep hole grouting reinforcement technology.The results can provide technical support for similar projects.
