摘  要:结合学校高素质应用型人才培养目标和办学特色,针对工程测量课程思政教学改革中存在的问题及土木工程专业学生培养目标,基于OBE的教学理念,在传统教学模式的基础上,以北斗精神和辩证思维为主线,基于测绘人物、测绘案例、测绘历史、测绘科技、测绘应用等五方面挖掘思政元素,对工程测量课程思政元素进行系统化设计,改善教学评价方式,从价值、知识、能力、素质和人格全方位育人目标出发,将北斗历史、北斗人、北斗魂及辩证思维方法教育植入知识传递过程中,通过北斗精神正向引导学生,以达育人目的,同时推动“三全育人”在应用型人才培养中落地落实。Combined with the training objectives and characteristics of high-quality applied talents of the university,and in response to the problems in the ideological and political teaching reform of engineering surveying courses and the training goals of civil engineering students,based on the OBE teaching philosophy and traditional teaching mode,with the Beidou spirit and dialectical thinking as the main line,the ideological and political elements are explored from five aspects:surveying characters,surveying cases,surveying history,surveying technology,and surveying applications,the ideological and political elements of engineering surveying courses are systematically designed to improve the teaching evaluation method and start from the comprehensive education goals of value,knowledge,ability,quality,and personality.Integrate the education of Beidou history,Beidou people,Beidou soul,and dialectical thinking methods into the knowledge transfer process.Through the positive guidance of Beidou spirit,students can achieve the goal of teaching students to be human beings,while promoting the implementation of the"Three Comprehensive Education"in the cultivation of applied talents.
