摘  要:以玉米秸秆为原料,粉碎、研磨、过筛处理后经碱化和醚化制得羧甲基纤维素,然后通过溶液混合、加热搅拌反应,制得植物促生长型液体地膜。探究了羧甲基纤维素含量、单体质量比、交联剂用量、分散剂用量对液体地膜体系黏度的影响,最终制得最佳配比:羧甲基纤维素占反应体系总质量的8%,丙烯酸与丙烯酰胺的质量比为5∶2,交联剂1用量占反应体系总质量的0.19%,交联剂2用量占反应体系总质量的3%,分散剂用量占反应体系总质量的0.5%。Corn stover is used as the raw material,crushed,ground,sieved and processed to carboxymethyl cellulose by alkalisation and etherification.The plant growth enhancer liquid mulch film is prepared by solution mixing,heating and stirring reaction.The effects of carboxymethyl cellulose content,monomer mass ratio,cross-linking agent dosage and dispersant dosage on the viscosity of the liquid film system are investigated in detail,and the optimum ratios are finally obtained as follows,carboxymethylcellulose accounted for 8%of the total reaction system mass,the mass ratio of acrylic acid to acrylamide is 5∶2,and the amount of crosslinker 1 is 0.19%of the total reaction system mass,the amount of crosslinker 2 is 3%of the total mass of the reaction system and the amount of dispersant is 0.5%of the total mass of the reaction system.
