韧性视角下装配式建筑供应链动态能力对其竞争力影响研究

摘　　要：为提升装配式建筑供应链竞争力,将动态能力理论引入装配式建筑供应链管理。将动态能力划分为主动能力和反应能力两个维度,探究其对供应链竞争力的影响机制,并引入供应链韧性作为中介变量。对回收的276份有效样本数据使用结构方程模型进行实证分析。结果显示:动态能力的两个维度正向影响供应链韧性,并与供应链韧性正向影响供应链竞争力;供应链韧性在动态能力与供应链竞争力之间起到中介作用。厘清了装配式建筑供应链竞争力的驱动因素,并针对装配式建筑供应链管理提出建议。The dynamic capability theory was introduced into the management of prefabricated construction supply chain to enhance its competitiveness.The dynamic capability was divided into proactive and reactive dimensions to explore their impact mechanisms on supply chain competitiveness,while introducing supply chain resilience as a mediating variable.Structural equation modeling was used to analyze 276 valid sample data,and the results showed that both dimensions affected supply chain resilience positively,with which affected supply chain competitiveness positively.Supply chain resilience mediated between dynamic capability and supply chain competitiveness.The study clarified the driving factors of prefabricated construction supply chain competitiveness,offering relevant management recommendations.
