摘　　要：低蛋白日粮技术凭借降低饲料成本及蛋白饲料用量、提高饲料利用效率和减少环境污染三大优势,具有十分广阔的应用前景。低蛋白日粮在蛋鸡生产中的应用已成为研究热点,但研究结果不尽相同。文章就低蛋白日粮对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质和氮排泄的影响,以及影响低蛋白日粮应用效果的关键因素进行综述,为低蛋白日粮技术在蛋鸡生产中的推广和应用提供参考。With the three major advantages of reducing feed costs and protein feed usage,improving feed utilization efficiency,and reducing environmental pollution,low-protein diet technology has a very broad application prospect.The application of low-protein diets in the production of laying hens has become a research hotspot,but the research results are not consistent.This article reviews the effects of low-protein diets on the production performance,egg quality,and nitrogen excretion of laying hens,as well as the key factors affecting the application effect of low-protein diets,providing a reference for the promotion and application of low-protein diet technology in the production of laying hens.
