马铃薯提取物联合光子嫩肤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察马铃薯提取物外涂联合光子嫩肤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法将内蒙古自治区人民医院皮肤科门诊90例黄褐斑患者随机分为3组。A组采用马铃薯提取物外涂联合光子嫩肤治疗;B组采用光子嫩肤术治疗;C组采用马铃薯提取物外涂治疗。连续治疗5个月,观察疗效。结果治疗后,3组患者临床症状均有改善,其中A组总有效率为90%(27/30),B组总有效率为53.33%(16/30),C组总有效率为40%(12/30)。A组总有效率明显高于B组和C组。治疗后,3组的平均MASI评分均有所下降,并且A组的MASI评分显著低于B组和C组。结论马铃薯提取物外涂联合光子嫩肤治疗可有效治疗黄褐斑,降低MASI评分,安全性高,不良反应小,患者满意度高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of external application of potato extract combined with photon rejuvenation in the treatment of melasma.Method A total of 90 patients with melasma from the dermatology outpatient department of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region People's Hospital were randomly divided into three groups.Group A received external application of potato extract combined with photon rejuvenation treatment;Group B was treated with photon rejuvenation surgery;Group C was treated with external application of potato extract.Continuous treatment for 5 months,observe the therapeutic effect.Resuts After treatment,the clinical symptoms of all three groups of patients improved,with a total effective rate of 90%(27/30)in Group A,53.33%(16/30)in Group B,and 40%(12/30)in Group C.The total effective rate of Group A was significantly higher than that of Group B and Group C.After treatment,the average MASI score of three groups of patients with melasma decreased,and the MASI score of group A in the combination treatment group was significantly lower than that of group B and group C in the single treatment group.Conclusion The combination therapy of potato extract topical application and photon rejuvenation can effectively treat melasma,reduce MASI score,have high safety,minimal side effects,and high patient satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
