摘 要:新能源汽车在我国当前的迅猛发展对其驱动电机技术提出了更高的功率与转矩密度要求。文章在分析了现有横向磁通电机和定子永磁型电机的基础上,提出了一种新型的横向磁通永磁电动机的仿真设计,该电机的永磁体和电枢绕组均在定子上,而转子由若干个简单的C型铁芯对称构成。基于电机的结构分析了该电机的工作原理,推导了电机功率与主要尺寸之间关系式,进而得到了功率和转矩密度表达式,并以1kW样机为例,利用有限元法仿真分析了该电机的永磁磁场分布、磁链变化规律和反电动势波形,分析表明绕组匝链的磁通呈现出双极性变化和反电动势波形近似为正弦,为下一步的优化设计和实际样机制造奠定基础。With the rapid development of new energy vehicles in China,higher power and torque density requirements for their drive motor technology have been put forward.Therefore,a new type of transverse flux permanent magnet motor is proposed in this article based on the analysis of existing transverse flux motors and stator permanent magnet motors.The permanent magnet and armature windings of the motor are both located on the stator,while the rotor is symmetrically composed of several simple C-shaped iron cores.Based on the structure of the motor,the operating principle of the motor is analyzed,and the relationship between motor power and main dimensions is derived.The expressions for power and torque density are obtained.As an example,the permanent magnet magnetic field distribution,magnetic flux variation law and back electromotive force waveform are simulated and analyzed through finite element method about the 1kW prototype.It has been showed that the windings flux is bipolar and the back electromotive force is approximately sinusoidal.The optimization design and actual prototype manufacturing will be done based on above in future.
