摘　　要：建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定儿童抗菌硅橡胶用品中的银含量。以硝酸和过氧化氢为消解溶剂,采用微波消解法消解样品,消解温度为220℃,以In作为内标元素,用标准曲线法定量。银的质量浓度在0.5~100μg/L范围内与质谱响应值呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9998,方法检出限为0.007 mg/kg,定量限为0.023 mg/kg。分别对样品进行低、中、高3种浓度水平的加标回收试验,平均回收率为90.6%~100.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=7)。该方法线性范围宽、检出限相对较低、准确度较高,适用于儿童抗菌硅橡胶用品中银含量的测定。A method for the determination of silver in children's antibacterial silicone rubber products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.Nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide were used as digestion solvents,the samples were digested by microwave digestion method at a temperature of 220℃,with In as the internal standard element,and quantified by standard curve method.The mass concentrations of silver had a good linear relationship with the mass spectrum response values in the range of 0.5-100μg/L.The correlation coefficient was 0.9998,the detection limit was 0.007 mg/kg,and the quantitative limit was 0.023 mg/kg.The spiked recoveries of low,medium and high concentration levels of the samples were 90.6%-100.7%.and the relative standard deviations of the measurement results were less than 5%(n=7).This method has a wide linear range,relatively low detection limit,and high accuracy,which is suitable for the determination of silver content in antibacterial silicone rubber products for children.
