摘 要:建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定超级马氏体耐热钢中的硼含量。采用硝酸-盐酸-氢氟酸溶解样品,溶液转移至50 mL聚丙烯容量瓶中,用水稀释至标线,选择B182.641 nm分析谱线进行测定。硼的质量分数在0%~0.020%范围内与光谱发射强度线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9997,方法检出限为0.0002%,定量限为0.001%。采用所建方法对3个马氏体耐热钢样品进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.82%~2.99%(n=10),样品加标回收率为92%~110%。该方法分析速度快,适用于超级马氏体耐热钢材料中硼含量测定。A method for determining boron content in super martensitic heat-resistant steel by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry was established.The samples were dissolved in nitric acid-hydrochloric acidhydrofluoric acid,and the solution was transferred to a 50 mL polypropylene volumetric flask,diluted with water to the mark,and the B182.641 nm analytical line was selected for measurement.The mass fractions of boron had a good linear relationship with spectral emission intensity in the range of 0%-0.020%,the correlation coefficient was 0.9997,the detection limit of the method was 0.0002%,and the quantification limit was 0.001%.The established method was used to measure three martensitic heat-resistant steel samples,the relative standard deviation of the measurement results was 1.82%-2.99%(n=10),and the recovery of sample spiked was 92%-110%.This method has fast analysis speed,which is suitable for the determination of boron content in super martensitic heat-resistant steel materials.
