摘 要:常规施工机械维修保养模式风险评价多采用灰色理论,此方法易受到各风险指标间定量关系的影响,导致评价准确性较低.为此,提出高速公路施工机械维修保养模式风险综合评价方法.以机械安全状态作为总评价对象,从施工中的四个维度构建评价指标体系,通过计算指标熵权冗余度分析指标间的内在关系,利用排序赋权法计算各层级指标的综合权重,结合机械维修保养风险作用链,求取风险综合评价值,从而实现施工机械维修保养模式风险的综合评价.以实际高速公路建设工程进行实证研究,对所提方法进行性能验证,结果表明,设计的方法具有较高的评价准确性.The risk assessment of conventional construction machinery maintenance and repair models often adopts grey theory,which is easily affected by the quantitative relationship between various risk indicators,resul-ting in low accuracy of the assessment.Therefore,a comprehensive risk assessment method for the maintenance and repair mode of highway construction machinery is proposed.Taking the safety status of machinery as the overall evaluation object,an evaluation index system is constructed from the four dimensions of construction.The internal relationship between the indicators is analyzed by calculating the entropy weight redundancy of the indi-cators,and the comprehensive weight of each level of indicators is calculated using the sorting and weighting method.Combined with the risk chain of mechanical maintenance and repair,the comprehensive risk evaluation value is obtained,thus achieving a comprehensive evaluation of the risk of construction machinery maintenance and repair mode.Empirical research was conducted on actual highway construction projects to verify the perform-ance of the proposed method.The results showed that the designed method has high evaluation accuracy.
