摘　　要：习近平同志在担任集美大学校董会主席期间,提出了若干关于办好有集美大学特色的思想政治工作的重要指示,包括用好校本资源方面提出“嘉庚精神立校、诚毅品格树人”,创新工作方式方面提出“一把钥匙开一把锁”,把握重点群体方面提出“教职工的思想政治工作也要做好”,思政教育与专业教育结合方面提出“教育生产相结合”等。这些重要指示在理论上初步形成了新时代高校思想政治工作的内容要点,在方法论上蕴含着“两个结合”的工作思路,在实践上引领了集美大学21世纪前20年的跨越式发展,是习近平总书记关于教育重要论述的早期萌芽和地方实践。When Comrade Xi Jinping served as the chairman of the School Board of Jimei University,he put forward several important instructions on the ideological and political work of Jimei University with its own characteristics,including“establishing a school with Tan Kah-kee Spirit and fostering talents with the sincerity and perseverance”in terms of school-based resources,“opening different locks with different keys”in the aspect of working method innovation,focusing on the ideological and political work of the faculty when grasping key groups,and integrating professional education into ideological and political education to the idea of“combination of production and teaching”.The above important instructions are of great contemporary value,because theoretically,they have preliminarily explained the main points of ideological and political work of colleges and universities in the new era;in terms of methodology,they have contained the important idea of“two combinations”;in practice,they led the great-leap-forward development of Jimei University in the first two decades of the 21st century.All of these represent the early local practice of the important exposition by Comrade Xi Jinping on education.
