前瞻性干预策略联合六字诀呼吸操锻炼对高血压伴食管癌患者术后康复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨前瞻性干预策略联合六字诀呼吸操锻炼对高血压伴食管癌患者术后康复的影响。方法:选取2019年1月—2023年11月福建医科大学附属第一医院接收的92例行食管支架置入术的高血压伴食管癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字法分为对照组(46例)给予常规围术期护理干预与观察组(46例)给予前瞻性干预策略联合六字诀呼吸操锻炼,干预1个月,比较两组的并发症情况、肺功能及生活质量水平情况。结果:观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月的1 s用力呼气量、用力肺活量值均高于术前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后1个月的生活质量各维度评分均高于术前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前瞻性干预策略联合六字诀呼吸操锻炼能够降低高血压伴食管癌患者支架置入术后并发症,改善其术后肺功能及生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of prospective intervention strategies combined with six character breathing exercises on postoperative recovery of patients with hypertension and esophageal cancer.Method:92 patients with hypertension and esophageal cancer treated with esophageal stent implantation in the hospital from January 2019 to November 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a control group consisted of 46 cases and an observation group consisted of 46 cases.The control group received routine perioperative care,while the observation group received prospective intervention strategy combined with six character breathing exercises.The intervention lasted for one month,and the complications,lung function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The 1-second forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity values of the observation group were higher than those of the preoperative and control groups one month after surgery(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in all dimensions of the observation group one month after surgery were higher than those before surgery and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:A prospective intervention strategy combined with six character breathing exercises can reduce postoperative complications of stent placement in patients with hypertension and esophageal cancer,and improve their postoperative lung function and quality of life.
