中医穴位按摩联合中药硬膏贴在盆腔炎中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探究中医穴位按摩联合中药硬膏贴护理在盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2020年6月—2022年10月织金县中医医院收治的92例盆腔炎患者,按随机数表法分为2组,各46例。对照组予以常规护理,于此基础上,观察组实施中医穴位按摩联合中药硬膏贴护理,均持续护理1周。比较两组疼痛程度、免疫功能、炎症反应、生活质量。结果:护理前,两组疼痛程度、免疫功能、炎症反应、生活质量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)水平均高于对照组,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平均低于对照组,生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)中各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医穴位按摩联合中药硬膏贴护理能够减轻盆腔炎患者疼痛、炎症反应,增强免疫功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To explore the application effect of TCM acupoint massage on patients with pelvic inflammation.Method:92 patients with pelvic inflammation admitted to Zhijin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to October 2022 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group implemented TCM acupuncture massage combined with Chinese medicine hard paste nursing,and all continued nursing for 1 week.Pain level,immune function,inflammatory response,quality of life were compared in the two groups.Before the nursing,there was no significant difference in the comparison of pain level,immune function,inflammatory response,and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After the nursing,visual analogue scale(VAS)score of observation group was lower than that of control group.Immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)levels were all higher than those of the control group.Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-10(IL-10)levels were lower than those of the control group,the scores in the quality of life questionnaire(GQOLI-74)were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine acupuncture massage combined with Chinese medicine hard paste nursing can reduce the pain and inflammation,enhance the immune function and improve the quality of life.
