围绝经综合征的中医治疗进展

摘　　要：围绝经期综合征(MPS)导致的绝经相关症状严重困扰着中老年女性的生活质量和身心健康。当前现代医学以绝经激素治疗为唯一解决的治疗方案,但临床使用有诸多禁忌证和风险,中医药治疗手法多样,通过辨证施治,疗效显著。笔者通过总结近三年内相关文献探讨中医药在睡眠障碍、异常子宫出血、焦虑抑郁、汗证等方面的成果,给围绝经综合征的治疗提供更有效、更安全的方法。Menopausal syndromes(MPS)associated with menopause significantly affect the quality of life and physical and mental health of middle-aged and older women.At present,modern medicine takes menopausal hormone therapy as the only treatment plan,but there are many contraindications and risks in clinical use.Traditional Chinese medicine has a variety of treatment methods,and the treatment through syndrome differentiation has remarkable curative effect.By summarizing the relevant literature in the past three years,the author discusses the achievements of traditional Chinese medicine in sleep disorders,abnormal uterine bleeding,anxiety and depression,sweat syndrome,etc,so as to provide a more effective and safer method for the treatment of menopausal syndrome.
