脉康宁胶囊联合法舒地尔对动静脉内瘘术后患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究脉康宁胶囊联合法舒地尔对动静脉内瘘术后患者的影响。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月宁德市中医院收治的116例动静脉内瘘术后患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=58)与研究组(n=58)。对照组术后给予法舒地尔,研究组在对照组基础上给予脉康宁胶囊。比较两组治疗前后的凝血功能、血管内皮功能、炎症因子及并发症。结果:治疗后,研究组D-二聚体(D-D)水平低于对照组,凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组一氧化氮(NO)水平高于对照组,内皮素-1(ET-1)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:脉康宁胶囊联合法舒地尔可以改善动静脉内瘘术后患者的凝血功能,减轻患者的炎症反应,保护患者的血管内皮功能,减少并发症的发生。Objective:To explore the effects of Maikangning Capsules combined with Fasudil on patients after arteriovenous fistula surgery.Method:A total of 116 patients after arteriovenous fistula surgery admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=58)and study group(n=58)according to random number table method.The control group was given Fasudil after surgery,and the study group was given Maikangning Capsules on the basis of the control group.The coagulation function,vascular endothelial function,inflammatory factors before and after treatment and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the D-dimer(D-D)level of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thrombin time(APTT)of the study group were longer than those of the control group,the differences were statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of nitric oxide(NO)in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the level of endothelin-1(ET-1)was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Maikangning Capsules combined with Fasudil can improve the coagulation function of patients after arteriovenous fistula surgery,reduce the inflammatory reaction,protect the vascular endothelial function of patients,and reduce the happen of complications.
