非布司他联合常规治疗在非终末期糖尿病肾病合并无症状高尿酸血症患者中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨非布司他联合常规治疗在非终末期糖尿病肾病(DN)合并无症状高尿酸血症(HUA)患者中的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月曲靖市第一人民医院收治的50例非终末期DN合并无症状HUA患者作为研究对象,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组(采用常规治疗,n=26)与研究组(采用非布司他联合常规治疗,n=24),两组均治疗6个月,比较两组临床疗效、肾功能及胰岛功能。结果:研究组总有效率较对照组高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组血清血尿酸(UA)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、尿白蛋白肌酐比(ACR)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)水平较治疗前降低,且研究组更低,两组肾小球滤过率(eGFR)较治疗前升高,且研究组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非终末期DN合并无症状HUA患者接受非布司他联合常规治疗临床效果显著,可有助于改善肾功能、胰岛功能。Objective:To analyze the effect of Febuxostat combined with conventional treatment in patients with non-endstage diabetic nephropathy(DS)complicated with asymptomatic hyperuricemia(HUA).Method:Fifty patients with non-end-stage DN complicated with asymptomatic HUA who admitted to the First People's Hospital of Qujing City from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the control group(conventional treatment,n=26)and the study group(Febuxostat combined with conventional treatment,n=24)according to different treatment methods,two groups were treated for 6 months.The clinical efficacy,renal function and islet function of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after 6 months of treatment,the levels of serum uric acid(UA),creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary albumin creatinine ratio(ACR),fasting insulin(FINS),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower,the glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and that in the study group was higher,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Febuxostat combined with conventional treatment in patients with non-end-stage DN complicated with asymptomatic HUA is significant,which can help to improve renal function and islet function.
