麝香通心滴丸治疗糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探究麝香通心滴丸治疗糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者的效果。方法:选取2022年4月—2023年4月常德德星医院收治的112例糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死患者。随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予麝香通心滴丸。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后促血管生成因子、心功能、糖脂代谢及安全性。结果:观察组总有效率为92.86%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)均升高,血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)降低,且观察组VEGF、bFGF均高于对照组,其PEDF水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)均升高,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)均降低,观察组LVEF高于对照组,LVEDD及LVESD均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)均降低,观察组FPG、HbA1c、TG及TC均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:麝香通心滴丸治疗糖尿病合并急性心肌梗死效果显著,可调节患者血管生成因子表达与糖脂代谢,促进其心功能恢复,较为安全。Objective:To explore the effect of Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills in the treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with acute myocardial infarction.Method:A total of 112 diabetic patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to Changde Dexing Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,56 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was given Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pro-angiogenic factors,cardiac function,glucose and lipid metabolism before and after treatment and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.86%,which was higher than 78.57% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)in both groups increased,platelet derived growth factor(PDGF)decreased,the observation group had higher levels of VEGF and bFGF than the control group,and lower level of PEDF than the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)increased,and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)decreased in both groups,LVEF in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),triglyceride(TG)and total cholesterol(TC)in both groups decreased,and FPG,HbA1c,TG and TC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shexiang Tongxin Dropping Pi
