中药智能化前置审方体系发展思考

摘　　要：目的 为中药智能化前置审方体系的发展提供参考。方法 从中药审方工作的规则及相关人才供给两方面,结合相关文献和工作实践,分析中药智能化审方中存在的问题,结合专业特点剖析其原因,并提出针对性建议。结果 因中西医学体系的差异,软件审方存在适应证、剂量适宜性等方面不易设立统一判断规则等问题。前置审方软件更需要中药师的专业支持,但也导致中药人才不足的问题加剧;中药师数量不足及院校培养方向与审方工作所需业务技能的差异,是导致审方人员缺口的两个主要因素。结论 建议从人才培养着手,组建业务素质水平较高的中药审方队伍;同时根据中医药工作特点,发挥中药师主导性,循序渐进地设置审方规则,逐步形成合理实用的中药智能化前置审方体系,从而提高中药审方的工作水平,推进相关工作智能化。Objective To provide a reference for the development of intelligent pre-review system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)prescriptions.Methods From the perspectives of the rules of TCM prescription review and the supply of relevant talents,the problems in the intelligent review of TCM prescriptions were analyzed based on the relevant literature and work practice,the causes were analyzed based on professional characteristics,and targeted suggestions were proposed.Results Due to the differences in the systems of TCM and western medicine,there were some problems in the prescription review by software,for example,it was difficult to formulate unified criterion for the suitability of indications and dosages.The professional supports from traditional Chinese pharmacists were urgently required in the prescription review by software,which made the problem of insufficient traditional Chinese talents becoming increasingly prominent.The shortage of traditional Chinese pharmacists and the difference of training direction in universities with the required skills for prescription review were the two main factors leading to the shortage of reviewers.Conclusion In order to improve the level of TCM prescription review and promote the intelligence of related work,it is suggested that we should establish a high-quality TCM prescription review team starting with talent cultivation;at the same time,the traditional Chinese pharmacists should play a leading role,the prescription review rules should be formulated step by step based on the work characteristics of TCM to form a rational and practical intelligent pre-review system of TCM prescriptions.
