中药贴敷联合肿瘤深部热疗治疗肺癌癌性胸水30例

摘　　要：目的在肺癌癌性胸水的治疗中引入中药贴敷疗法联合深部热疗,并就其应用价值进行分析。方法纳入60例上海市浦东新区中医医院收治的晚期肺癌伴胸水患者为对象,病例入选时间为2020年1月—2022年9月,分组时引入随机数字表法,对照组30例给予常规营养支持+口服予呋塞米口服,基于此,治疗组30例加用中药贴敷及肿瘤深部热疗,观察项目为胸水改善情况、生活质量水平、不良反应发生率。结果较之对照组,治疗组胸水改善总有效率更高,各维度生活质量评分更优(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率接近(P>0.05)。结论对肺癌癌性胸水患者应用中药贴敷疗法联合深部热疗可显著改善其病情和生活质量,用药安全性也有保障。Objective The application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with deep hyperthermia was introduced into the treatment of malignant pleural effusion of lung cancer,and its application value was analyzed.Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced lung cancer with pleural effusion treated in the Shanghai Pudong New Area Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled from January 2020 to September 2022.Thirty cases in the control group were given routine nutritional support plus oral furosemide.Based on this,30 cases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and tumor deep thermotherapy.The improvement of pleural effusion,the quality of life and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed.Results Compared with those in the control group,the total effective rate of pleural effusion improvement in the treatment group was higher,the score of quality of life in each dimension was better(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with deep hyperthermia in patients with lung cancer pleural effusion can significantly improve the condition and quality of life,and the safety of medication is also guaranteed.
