行气破瘀汤联合子午流注针法在中风偏瘫患者恢复期中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究行气破瘀汤联合子午流注针法在中风偏瘫患者恢复期中的应用效果。方法将2020年5月—2022年9月于丽水市第二人民医院接受治疗的中风后偏瘫患者86例随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组43例予以常规康复训练治疗,观察组43例在此基础上予以行气破瘀汤联合子午流注针法治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、运动功能及肌张力,并评价两组偏瘫功能恢复情况。结果治疗后两组半身不遂、言语蹇涩、感觉减退、头晕目眩症状积分均降低,其中观察组各症状积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的上、下肢运动功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的肌张力及偏瘫功能恢复情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中风偏瘫患者恢复期行气破瘀汤联合子午流注针法治疗的效果显著,可改善患者的临床症状、运动功能及肌张力,可促进其偏瘫功能恢复。Objective To explore the effect of Xingqi Poyu Decoction(行气破瘀汤)combined with meridian flow injection acupuncture in the recovery period of stroke hemiplegia patients.Methods Eighty-six patients with post stroke hemiplegia who were treated in the hospital from May 2020 to September 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Forty-three cases in the control group were treated with routine rehabilitation training,while 43 cases in the observation group were treated with Xingqi Poyu Decoction combined with midnight-noon ebb-low acupuncture.The scores of TCM syndromes,motor function and muscle tension were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the recovery of hemiplegia function was evaluated.Results After treatment,the symptom scores of hemiplegia,dysphoria,hypoesthesia and dizziness in the two groups decreased,and the symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the motor function scores of upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery of muscle tone and hemiplegic function in the observation group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the recovery period of stroke hemiplegia patients,the effect of Xingqi Poyu Decoction combined with midnight-noon ebb-low acupuncture is significant,which can improve the clinical symptoms,motor function and muscle tension of patients,and promote the recovery of their hemiplegic function.
