附桂化痰益智汤、针灸联合康复训练治疗孤独症患儿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察附桂化痰益智汤、针灸联合康复训练治疗孤独症患儿的临床效果。方法选取许昌市中心医院80例孤独症患儿,按照数字表法随机分为两组,对照组予以康复训练,联合组于其基础上予以附桂化痰益智汤、针灸治疗,比较两组治疗前后儿童期孤独症评定量表(childhood autism assessment scale,CARS)评分、儿童孤独症行为量表(autism behavior checklist,ABC)评分、Gesell发育量表(Gesell development schedules,GDS)评分、儿童睡眠习惯问卷(children′s sleep habits questionnaire,CSHQ)评分、疗效、不良反应。结果联合组治疗总有效率92.50%(37/40),显著高于对照组75.00%(30/40)(P<0.05);联合组治疗后ABC中各维度评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后CARS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),GDS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);联合组治疗后CSHQ就寝习惯不良、入睡潜伏期延长、睡眠焦虑、夜醒、时间不规律、白天嗜睡、异态睡眠评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无不良反应。结论附桂化痰益智汤、针灸联合康复训练可更好减轻孤独症患儿行为障碍,促进中枢神经功能及病情恢复,改善睡眠质量,且安全性好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Fugui Huatan Yizhi Decoction(附桂化痰益智汤)and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training in the treatment of children with autism.Methods Eighty children with autism were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given rehabilitation training,while the combination group was treated with Fugui Huatan Yizhi Decoction and acupuncture on this basis.The childhood autism rating scale(CARS)scores,autism behavior checklist(ABC)scores,Gesell developmental schedules(GDS)scores,children′s sleep-habit questionnaire(CSHQ)scores,curative effect and adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results The total treatment response rate in the combination group(92.50%,37/40)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%,30/40)(P<0.05).After treatment,the ABC scores and CARS scores in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the GDS scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The CSHQ scores for poor bedtime habits,prolonged sleep latency,sleep anxiety,night waking,irregular time,daytime sleepiness and abnormal sleep in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Fugui Huatan Yizhi Decoction and acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can better reduce behavioral disorders of children with autism,promote the recovery of central nerve function and condition and improve sleep quality,with good safety.
