疏肝化郁解毒汤联合针刺对宫颈癌术后化疗患者的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨针对宫颈癌术后化疗患者,疏肝化郁解毒汤与针刺联合治疗的疗效分析。方法将河北省沧州中西医结合医院2019年2月—2022年2月行术后化疗的104例宫颈癌患者纳入研究对象,按照治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各52例。对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组采用疏肝化郁解毒汤与针刺联合治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、免疫功能、凝血功能以及生活质量。结果与对照组比较,观察组的总有效率更高(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组的CD_(8)^(+)细胞、中医证候积分评分、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白均更低(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组的自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell,NK)、CD_(4)^(+)细胞、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)比值上升(P<0.05);与治疗前比较,治疗后观察组的CD_(8)^(+)细胞下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后观察组的Karnofsky功能状态评分(Karnofsky Performance Status,KPS)评分、CD_(4)^(+)细胞、CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)比值、NK细胞更高(P<0.05)。结论针对宫颈癌术后化疗患者,疏肝化郁解毒汤与针刺结合治疗的疗效显著,可以改善患者的中医证候积分和凝血功能,增强免疫功能,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shugan Huayu Jiedu Decoction(疏肝化郁解毒汤)combined with acupuncture on postoperative chemotherapy of cervical cancer.Methods A hundred and four patients with cervical cancer who received postoperative chemotherapy in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2022 were included in the study.They were divided into the control group(52 cases)and the observation group(52 cases)according to the treatment plan.The control group was treated with acupuncture,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Huayu Jiedu Decoction and acupuncture.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,immune function,blood coagulation function and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with that of the control group,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,CD_(8)^(+)cells,TCM syndrome scores,D-dimer and fibrin in the observation group were lower after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those before treatment,natural killer cells(NK cells),CD_(4)^(+)cells and CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)ratio in the observation group increased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with that before treatment,the CD_(8)^(+)cells in the observation group decreased after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with those of the control group,Karnofsky Performance Status(KPS)score,CD_(4)^(+)cells,CD_(4)^(+)/CD_(8)^(+)ratio and NK cells in the observation group were higher after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Shugan Huayu Jiedu Decoction and acupuncture has a significant effect on patients with cervical cancer undergoing chemotherapy after surgery.It can improve the scores of TCM syndromes and blood coagulation function,enhance the immune function and improve the quality of life.
