摘 要:产教融合的办学理念已经成为地方应用型本科高校实现高质量发展的必然选择.如何将“产教融合”理念融入仪器分析实验课程教学,以更好地服务我校应用化学专业,实现产业案例进课堂、进教案、进实践,提高仪器分析实验教学的有效性和针对性.为此,结合双碳背景下我市电镀产业可持续发展的需求,我们将低共熔溶剂中锌镀层的电沉积制备与性能研究引入到本科仪器分析实验课程教学中.建立了“课前导学练习-真实工程情境导入-方法探索实践-师生讨论思辨-课后拓展进阶”步步深入、层层递进的教学方式,搭建了理论与实践之间的桥梁,推进了学生技术技能的提升.该实验设计内容基本符合产教融合的发展需求,通过该实验,有助于加深学生对专业知识点的综合理解,培养学生的创新能力和产业实践能力.The educational philosophy of integrating industry and education has become an inevitable choice for local applied colleges and universities to achieve high-quality development.How to integrate the concept of"integration of industry and education"into the teaching of Instrument Analysis Experiments,better serve Applied Chemistry Major of our school,achieve the integration of industrial cases into the classroom,teaching plans,and practice,and improve the effectiveness and pertinence of Instrument Analysis Experiment teaching.To this end,in combination with the sustainable development needs of Shiyan's electroplating industry under the background of dual carbon,the preparation and performance research of zinc plating in low melting solvents will be introduced into the teaching of undergraduate Instrument Analysis Experiments.A teaching method of"pre-class guidance exercise-real engineering scenario introduction-method exploration practice-teacher-student discussion and thinking-post class expansion and advancement"will be established,which is step-by-step and reverse,and a bridge between theory and practice will be built to promote the improvement of students'technical skills,comprehensive understanding of knowledge points and cultivate their innovative and practical abilities.The experimental design content basically meets the development needs of industry education integration,which helps to deepen students'comprehensive understanding of professional knowledge points,cultivate their innovation ability and industrial practice ability.
