摘 要:目的探讨有氧运动联合渐进性放松训练在老年原发性高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取74例老年原发性高血压患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各37例。对照组采取常干预,观察组采取有氧运动联合渐进性放松训练。比较两组干预前后的血压、心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分]及生活质量[世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分]。结果干预后,观察组收缩压(101.27±6.31)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(81.48±4.23)mm Hg低于对照组的(113.47±7.62)、(87.24±5.35)mm Hg(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组SAS评分(40.32±5.26)分、SDS评分(44.74±5.46)分低于对照组的(46.23±4.74)、(52.44±6.22)分(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组WHOQOL-BREF量表的生理维度、心理维度、社会维度、环境维度评分分别为(86.31±4.54)、(87.94±5.24)、(85.39±5.14)、(87.32±4.11)分,高于对照组的(80.06±5.50)、(80.14±5.69)、(77.65±6.20)、(82.65±5.71)分(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动联合渐进性放松训练可以改善老年原发性高血压患者心理状态,降低血压水平,提升患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of aerobic exercise combined with progressive relaxation training on blood pressure control and quality of life in elderly patients with primary hypertension.Methods 74 patients with primary hypertension were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group,with 37 patients in each group.The control group received regular intervention,while the observation group received aerobic exercise combined with progressive relaxation training.The blood pressure,psychological status[Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)scores],and quality of life[World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)score]before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the observation group had systolic blood pressure of(101.27±6.31)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure of(81.48±4.23)mm Hg,which were lower than(113.47±7.62)and(87.24±5.35)mm Hg in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the observation group had SAS score of(40.32±5.26)points and SDS score of(44.74±5.46)points,which were lower than(46.23±4.74)and(52.44±6.22)points of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the WHOQOL-BREF scores for physical dimension,psychological dimension,social dimension and environmental dimension were(86.31±4.54),(87.94±5.24),(85.39±5.14)and(87.32±4.11)points in the observation group,which were higher than(80.06±5.50),(80.14±5.69),(77.65±6.20)and(82.65±5.71)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerobic exercise combined with progressive relaxation training can improve the psychological state,lower blood pressure levels,and improve the quality of life of elderly patients with primary hypertension.
