摘  要:针对现有全局优化方法规划椎弓根置钉通道时出现的上关节突结构破坏现象,提出了基于修剪模型实体点云规划方向线的方法,对比方向线的规划结果、分析误差来源。针对现有内轮廓拟合法获取投影点云最大内切圆时操作繁复冗杂、精度不高、学习曲线长的缺点,提出了3D Reshaper内置功能法和BFGS法。以L1、L3、L5椎弓根样本的规划过程、参数比对检验规划方法的可行性、鲁棒性和简约性,推荐采用具有综合优势的3D Reshaper内置功能法。Aiming at the damage phenomenon of the upper articular process structure when the existing global optimization method is used to plan the pedicle screw channel,a method of planning the direction line based on trimmed solid point cloud of model entities was proposed.The planning results of directional lines were compared,and the sources of errors were analyzed.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing inner contour fitting method in obtaining the maximum inscribed circle of projection point cloud,such as complex and cumbersome operation,low accuracy,and long learning curve,the 3D Reshaper built-in function method and BFGS method were proposed.The feasibility,robustness,and simplicity of the planning method were tested through the planning process and parameter comparison of L1,L3,and L5 pedicle samples.The 3D Reshaper built-in function method with comprehensive advantages was recommended for adoption.The impact of global channel optimization on the design,manufacturing,and use of FDM-3D pedicle screw sight was analyzed.
