摘　　要：本研究通过实践并探索一套医疗设备质控管理办法,以“保安、降耗、增效、提质”为核心目标,旨在助力医院顺利通过三甲等级评审,实现高质量发展。结合医院医疗设备质控的实际情况,运用PDCA管理法,通过系统梳理评审条款、修订管理制度、优化工作流程、强化实践与考核以及持续提升等策略,成功构建了规范、专业且科学的医疗设备全生命周期质控管理体系。实践结果显示,该体系有效提升了医疗设备的管理效益,为医院在三甲等级评审中取得高分提供了有力支持。规范专业的医疗设备质控管理不仅为医疗服务的质量与安全提供了技术保障,也高效助力了医院的高质量发展。This study explores a set of medical equipment quality control management methods through practice,with the core goals of"security,consumption reduction,efficiency improvement,and quality enhancement",aiming to assist hospitals in successfully passing the third level evaluation and achieving high-quality development.Based on the actual situation of medical equipment quality control in hospitals,using the PDCA management method,a standardized,professional,and scientific medical equipment lifecycle quality control management system has been successfully constructed through systematic review of review terms,revision of management systems,optimization of workflow,strengthening practice and assessment,and continuous improvement strategies.The practical results show that the system effectively improves the management efficiency of medical equipment and provides strong support for hospitals to achieve high scores in the third tier evaluation.Standardized and professional quality control management of medical equipment not only provides technical support for the quality and safety of medical services,but also efficiently assists the high-quality development of hospitals.
