临床药师干预联合PDCA循环法对门诊眼耳鼻喉科滴眼剂不合理处方和不良反应发生率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师干预联合PDCA循环法在门诊眼耳鼻喉科滴眼剂应用中的效果。方法回顾性分析2022年4月至2023年2月医院门诊眼耳鼻喉科开具的1361张处方信息,将2022年4月至9月实施常规药学管理开具的680张处方作为对照组,将2022年10月至2023年2月实施临床药师干预联合PDCA循环法后开具的681张处方作为观察组。对比两组不合理处方发生率、不良反应发生情况、患者满意度。结果观察组不合理处方发生率、不良反应发生率低于对照组,患者满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊眼耳鼻喉科联合应用临床药师干预及PDCA循环法,可减少滴眼剂不合理处方数量、降低不良反应发生率、提升患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of clinical pharmacist intervention combined with PDCA cycle method in the application of eye drops in outpatient eye,ear,nose and throat department.Methods With the retrospective selection of 1361 prescription information issued by the outpatient department of the ophthalmology,otolaryngology department of the hospital from April 2022 to February 2023 as the research data,680 prescription information issued prior to the implementation of the management from April to September 2022 as the control group,and 681 prescription information issued written after implementation of the clinical pharmacist intervention combined with the PDCA cycle method from October 2022 to February 2023 as the observation group,the incidence of unreasonable prescriptions,adverse reactions,and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of unreasonable prescriptions and adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and patient satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of clinical pharmacist intervention and PDCA cycle method in outpatient eye,ear,nose and throat department can reduce the number of unreasonable prescription of eye drops,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and improve patient satisfaction.
