PP木塑复合材料的力学性能和耐老化性能研究

摘  要:利用KH-570改性后的木粉与聚丙烯(PP)制备了木塑复合材料(WPC),并研究了WPC的力学性能和耐老化性能。结果表明:木粉掺量为30%时,可以制备力学性能和耐老化性能等综合性能最优异的WPC。此时,WPC的拉伸强度和弯曲强度获得最大值,分别比纯PP提高了5.2%和56.5%;WPC耐紫外老化后的拉伸强度和弯曲强度比纯PP塑料分别提高了2.7%和20.6%;WPC耐水后的拉伸强度和弯曲强度最高,分别比纯PP塑料高出3.0%和18.8%;WPC的维卡软化温度达到最大值,高出纯PP塑料10℃;耐霉菌腐蚀后质量损失率为0.82%。Wood plastic composites(WPC)were prepared using KH-570 modified wood flour and polypropylene(PP),and the mechanical properties and aging resistance of WPC were studied.The results show that when the wood flour content is 30%,WPC with the best comprehensive properties such as mechanical properties and aging resistance can be prepared.At this time,the tensile strength and bending strength of WPC reaches their maximum values,which are 5.2%and 56.5%higher than pure PP,respectively.The tensile strength and bending strength of WPC after UV aging are 2.7%and 20.6%higher than pure PP plastic,respectively.WPC has the highest tensile strength and bending strength after water resistance,which are 3.0%and 18.8%higher than pure PP plastic,respectively.The Vicat softening temperature of WPC reaches its maximum value,which is 10℃higher than that of pure PP plastic.The quality loss rate after mold corrosion resistance is 0.82%.
