摘　　要：为解决露天矿山安全管理人员安全教育培训内容与真实需求难以精确匹配的问题,依据“霍尔三维模型”分析思维从OTP分析模式中组织、任务、人员3方面出发,在现有培训大纲基础上,结合行业发展趋势、岗位职责及工作内容、安全管理人员工作需求系统全面地探索真实的露天矿山安全管理人员专业知识需求。最终得出专业知识需求体系,并引入金字塔结构知识模型构建露天矿山安全管理人员专业知识需求体系金字塔模型,模型包含4个一级指标、25个二级指标。运用层次分析法针对知识需求金字塔模型进行指标分析评价,结果表明:在4类专业知识一级指标中,露天矿山安全管理人员专业知识需求更倾向于专业技能知识,尤其注重现场监督检查和事故应急处置方面的知识。In order to solve the problem that the content of safety education and training for open-pit safety management personnel is difficult to accurately match with the real needs,based on the analysis thinking of"Hall 3D model",starting from three aspects of organization,task and personnel in the OTP analysis mode,and on the basis of the existing training outline,conducted a comprehensive exploration of the actual professional knowledge requirements for open-pit mine safety management personnel by incorporating industry trends,job responsibilities,and work content.Ultimately,developed a professional knowledge demand system and introduced a pyramid structure knowledge model to construct the open-pit mine safety management personnel's professional knowledge demand pyramid model,comprising 4 primary indicators and 25 secondary indicators.Using the hierarchical analysis method to analyze and evaluate the indicators for the pyramid model of knowledge demand,the results show that among the four types of professional knowledge level indicators,the professional knowledge demand of the safety managers of open-pit mines is more inclined to the knowledge of professional skills,especially focusing on the knowledge of on-site supervision and inspection and emergency response to accidents.
